Living constantly with feelings of stress, anxiety and depression can be exhausting. But if you live, study or work in Sydney’s northern suburbs, you may be eligible for a FREE counselling service. 

Using the service is easy, with a range of remote and face-to-face options to choose from. It does not require a doctor’s referral, formal diagnosis or a mental health care plan.

Individual support

Get up to seven FREE counselling sessions to support your emotional wellbeing and improve your quality of life. You may choose to have your session face-to-face, online or over the phone.

Online group support

FREE group sessions to support your wellbeing and offer guidance on a wide range of topics – from grief, motherhood, self-confidence and more! Sessions are held online for an hour in a small group setting.

We can even work with your organisation to run a relevant in-person group session for your team. 

(This program to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of people over 18 is funded by the Sydney North Health Network. It is only available to people living, studying or working in Northern Beaches, Ku-ring-gai, Willoughby, Hornsby, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Mosman, North Sydney and Ryde LGAs.)
