    Fees and charges

    The price selection below is the accommodation payment, also known as the Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD). The accommodation payment can be made in a few different ways, either as;

    1. An upfront lump sum payment of the RAD (which is 100% refundable on your departure)
    2.  A fortnightly Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is calculated on the price of the room and any unpaid RAD at the current MPIR (Government determined interest rate)
    3.  A combination of both, with a partial RAD payment and the balance paid as a DAP. The higher the RAD amount you contribute, the lower your monthly DAP.

    To better understand how this works for you with your particular finances, this RAD/DAP fee estimator may help. To assist you in making the best decision based on your particular finances, we recommend seeking financial advice from an Accredited Aged Care Financial Advisor.
